On Monday, December 4, JASE-W participated in the seminar "Taking Action with ASEAN" hosted by METI at the Japan Pavilion in the Dubai COP28. Following remarks by Mr. Nobuhiro Yoshida, the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of METI and H.E. Mr. Arifin Tasrif, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia et al, high ministerial officials from Malaysia and Indonesia respectively gave overviews and appreciation for the projects being promoted by the JASE-W’s ZEB Solutions and Renewables & Distributed Power working groups toward the Net-zero of ASEAN, CEFIA (Cleaner Energy Future Initiative for ASEAN) and AZEC (Asia Zero Emission Community).
