JASE-W signed the extention of MOU regarding the cooperation of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy concluded with Russia Energy Agency(REA) in the occasion of President Putin of the Russian Federation visited in Japan. It is one of 68 MOUs which were concluded for the sake of business cooperation between Russia and Japan. Mr Aoyama, Chairman planning & Operation Committee attended the Japan Russia business dialog held in Keidaren on 16th.December.

Indochina SWG of Energy Saving solutions WG dispatched a mission to Myanmar where the economy cooperation with Japan has been expected, and explored the market feasibly study for energy solutions. Myanmar is now construction boom in urban area, and the rural districts need electrification supplying renewable energy power generation, and energy solutions for the lack of oil resources which should be exported abroad for earning foreign currency. The Energy Solutions for Commercial sectors SWG of Energy Saving Solutions WG dispatched a mission to Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. They carried out energy audits of Hotel in Chennai and analyzed those data. They held workshop in cooperation with Madras Chamber of Commercial and Industry and introduced Japanese energy saving technologies and products. And also they suggested energy saving solutions of hotels. In workshop more than 60 attendee participated and it was completed satisfactorily.

The Latin America SWG of Energy Saving Solutions WG dispatched a mission to the South American countries, such as Brazil, Peru and Chile. In Brazil they made the presentation of Japanese energy saving technologies and products at the Conference and Expo of Brazil Energy Efficiency (COBEE) hosted by Brazilian ESCO Association (ABESCO) They also visited the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), and discussed and studied the energy saving promotion program in the energy-intensive industries....

JASE-World dispatched a mission to the Republic of Islam of Iran in cooperation with Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industries, Agency for Nature Resources and Energy, International Affairs Office Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Dept. They discussed the business scheme and enegy saving cooperation utilizing Iranian investment promotion law, and introduced Japanese enegy saving technologies and products.
